Applicable: Bulk LED foot cutting and molding can be finished at same time. Replace the corresponding fixture according to the shape and size of the components, and replace the mold according to the molding shape. This machine is a customized machine. It is based on customer's requirements and sorts the materials after preforming.

Lead length:

Cutting lead length ≥3±0.3mm, longer adjustable

★Applicable: Bulk LED pin cutting and forming are completed at same time. It can also work for other components such as Bridge Rectifiers, capacitors, electrolytic capacitors, film capacitors, varistors, transistors and other radial components . This equipment is not a conventional molding 90 degrees. Cut long and short legs/ make stand-off front and back K (not left and right Kink)/180 degrees, etc. Replace the corresponding fixture and customize the vibration bowl according to the components and size, and replace the mold die according to the forming shape.

★This machine modifies the discharging method after molding according to customer requirements, and sorts the discharging after molding, which is a non-standard machine.
