YS-L602 Auto Feed Screws Driving Machine With Two Screwdrivers

Intro:

RS-L601 is an Automatic Air Blowing Screws Feeder Screwdriver Machine With Z Axis , comparing trantional handheld screwdriver machine, it can save operator's hands. With Z axis, operator does not need to hold the screwdriver. The machine will automatic feeding screws to screwdriver, then press foot switch, screwdriver will come down for tightening screws into product.

Suitable:

This screwdriver machine with feeder is suitable for M2 to M6 screws. And screw length should be at least 1.3 times of screw head diameter to make sure good feeding.

Note: Screws should have screw head.

2. Available Screw Head: for any universal type such as straight slot, cross, triangle, groove, trox, hexagonal, H head, etc.

1. The feeding system line up and distribute the screws, and send the screw to electric screwdriver through pipe

2. Operating platform. Use pedal to control electric screwdriver of up and down.

3. Electric screwdriver tightens the screw into product automatically.

4. Easy to use. Operator only needs to put product on platform by hand. And then step on foot switch. Machine will tighten screw automatically. Then take out the finished product. And repeat this operation.

5. Save time time for moving hand, fetching screws, moving screws, positioning screws, etc

6. No need to fetch screws by hand, thus won’t cause the secondary pollution of screws by stain or sweat. Screws are not easy to rust.
