RS-60A Pneumatic Braided Wire Twisting Machine

Intro:

The wire twisting machine can work for All kinds of ground wires, braided wires and isolation wires can be tightened, completely replacing manual work. The gripping hand adopts pneumatic control. When the air source is connected, the gripping hand will automatically open. When working, only need to hold the hand. Features: Put the wire in, and lightly turn on the foot switch to complete the twisting operation. The automatic gripper adopts an exposed design, so that the scattered copper wire is also easy to place. There is no need to adjust the elastic thread when the thread diameter is different. This model is an upgraded version of the gas-electric twisting machine. Newly-added automatic pulling device, short training time for novices. The opening size of the chuck can be adjusted. Loosen the chuck spindle screw inside the machine, move the entire chuck to the motor direction and then tighten the spindle screw to expand it, and vice versa. The clamping force of the chuck can be increased to 5 to 6 springs by the force of the spring. If there is a phenomenon of sliding outward when twisting the thick thread, a small groove should be repaired in the center of the chuck, and the size of the groove can be based on the size of the thread.

Wire brushing function: brush wire motor 12v3000 rpm/s, brush wire diameter 0.1-10mm, brush stripping 1-60mm (can be brushed to 80-100mm depending on the line of sight material), brush the shielding net brush to one side and twist the wire
