The screw feeder is a blown feeder, suitable for screws and nails of various specifications of M1-M6,which can be matched with one output, one output two, and one output four.The three-axis motion platform and manipulator have high efficiency and stable performance.

Suitable for various types of screws The total length of the screw should be greater than 1.3 times the nut diameter.
Working principle
1. The screws are sorted by the feeding system, and the screws are distributed through the distributor to blow the screws into the gripping nozzle through the air pipe. Distributor and clamping nozzle need to be customized according to screws
2. Use an electric or pneumatic screwdriver to lock the screw in the chuck into the product
