Intro:

Automatic Bench Top Wire Twister is capable of twisting two or more wires together. As it is automatic, the operator can program the twists at a distance of one inch each and can even twist together terminated wires and several small plain wires. The operator can adjust the twisting speed. There is a custom holding/clamping device to ensure the device works according to specifications.

Usage:

Twist wires together fast and accurately, twisted effect like the flowing picture

• Application: simple twisting processes with middle quality
• Wire-fixtures with special snap hook and freely selectable holding device. (Holding device is not included.)
• Forward and backward running are switchable.
• Freely adjustable rotation speeds.
• Freely adjustable twist cycles.

2. The automatic twisting machine has large torque, strong finished products and stable quality.
3, using electronic control, easy to operate, can set the number of twisted turns, accurate and stable.
4. This machine has twisted wire and stranded wire function. The twisting wire strength can be customized from the governor.
The speed can be adjusted, the output of the twisted wire is even, and the speed of the twisted wire can be customized from the adjuster.
The direction of the strand can be selected (including the terminal is well or the contacts are worn)
